lets get to the bottom of it.... this underwear has a super comfortable inbuilt pad. it contains 4 layers for ultimate protection, including a soft cotton lining, absorbent and breathable padding and a waterproof layer finished with a microfibre outer. only 3mm in thickness you wont know your wearing it, and neither will anyone else.

care instructions: washable & reusable. we recommend hand rinsing, followed by a cold delicate machine wash with like colours. do not use fabric softener, do not soak, bleach or tumble dry. line dry
